iiko, Syrve, Poster and 1C for a restaurant in Moldova: what each system does

iiko, Syrve and Poster are POS systems with a back office: sales, stock, recipes and costs. In Moldova, 1C is first of all accounting; restaurant modules for it are sold by a distributor. The choice is between these. Fenomen OS is neither a POS nor accounting: it sits on top of the system you chose, reconciles the till, 1C and invoices every night and at 07:30 tells the owner where yesterday's money went.

1 · The night check

Every night, sales, invoices, stock and shifts are checked against each other, not each system on its own.

2 · Purchasing

Each invoice is checked against the last delivery before payment. The loss audit shows where the same item, in the same month, was cheaper from another supplier.

3 · The till

The till is checked against the Z report every day, not by the accountant at month end.

4 · 07:30

The owner gets yesterday's results by phone and the three moves worth the most today. Any sum opens down to the document.

What owners ask.

What should a restaurant in Moldova choose: iiko, Syrve, Poster or 1C?

This is a choice of POS and accounting, and it depends on the restaurant. According to the websites as of 24 October 2026, in Chișinău iiko and Syrve are implemented by RTI, Poster is represented by Danket Soft, and 1C is sold by the distributor Soft Lider together with restaurant products and a fiscal service for MEV. Fenomen OS goes on top of the chosen system and does not replace it.

Do I need to change my POS to connect Fenomen OS?

No. Connectors already exist for Oracle Simphony, iiko, Syrve and 1C. There is no ready Poster connector yet: Poster's API is open, and I give the timeline in our first conversation.

How is Fenomen OS different from the POS's own reports?

A POS report shows the POS's own data. Every night Fenomen OS brings together the POS, 1C and invoices from email, checks them against each other and at 07:30 sends the owner the result: where yesterday's money went and three moves for today. Every sum opens down to the invoice, receipt or act.
