A supplier raised the price in March. You find out at the end of April.
The invoice was paid without a look at the last delivery. Another supplier had the same item cheaper, but nobody was there to compare. The till says one thing, the invoices another, the stock a third. The monthly report arrives when the money is already gone.
With Fenomen OS the invoice is checked against the last delivery before it's paid. The system sees where the same item in the same month was cheaper from another supplier. At 07:30 the owner is the first to know.

More than 170 functions and 70 tasks that run on their own. The system runs at Castel MiMi. The video and the screenshot on this page show the real interface with invented data: the restaurant's figures are never published.

Plus €2,000 once for the launch. The launch takes 20 days: I connect the POS, 1C and email, move the menu and recipes over and train the team.
Every figure has a document. Any sum in the system opens down to the invoice, receipt or act.
If in a quarter the system doesn't find more than the subscription costs, the next quarter is free.
If you leave, the data stays with you. So does the restaurant dossier: everything the system has learned about it.
