Wine OS · Moldova

The whole winery
in one morning.

How much wine sits in each tank, who owes you money and what you can promise a client. Over a cup of coffee, not after three days of stocktaking.

Accounting stays in 1C. The server, the database and the keys belong to the winery.

Real screens, invented data. Narration in Russian.

a familiar Tuesday

A chain asks for 30,000 bottles. Sales says yes.

At 3 pm it turns out there are no corks and delivery takes three weeks. The owner finds out at 6 pm, last. Stock, cellar and money live in different places, and only phone calls bring them together.

With Wine OS the order is checked before anyone answers the client, in 2 seconds: the wine is there, the line is free, corks must be ordered by 5 September. The supplier request is already drafted. The owner only signs it.

what the system does

Three things the system does on its own.

1 · Builds the morning

At 7:30 the whole winery in six lines: sales, cellar, money and what waits for a signature. Data comes in from 1C and email by itself, nobody types anything.

2 · Checks the promise

Any order before signing: wine, bottling line, corks, dates. The same bottle can't be sold twice, and a client who doesn't pay doesn't get the next truck.

3 · Does the paperwork

Invoice, aviz and e-Factura are built from the order and numbered in sequence. Fifteen documents no longer take three hours.

1C records what happened. Wine OS says what to do today.

1C stays, we don't replace it. Wine OS pulls its exports on a schedule, reads the order mailbox and brings everyone's work onto one screen. In Romania, the link to your accounting software is agreed separately.

terms

20 days

That's how long setting the system up for a new winery takes. The setup plan has already been tested at Castel MiMi.

€3,000 once for the launch and €500 a month.

What's yours stays yours

Your own server, database and keys. A copy of the source code and a technical manual are handed over under the contract, so any IT specialist can take the system over.

All data can be exported at any moment, with one button.

where to start

Message me. I'll show you the system live.

Tell me how many wines, chains and documents a month you have. I'll show the system on demo data and tell you what will run for you in the first week.
